Starting from  £250  £200


 

Our Standard price for a Heat Pump Service is £250. However, when you sign up to our Monthly Plan, we will do the first service for £200, then monthly payments of just £17.

What's not covered? 

 

In our service plans the following things are not included: 

 

  • After warranty period (5-10 years) the cost of replacement Heat Pump Parts required to your heat pump, controls, sensors and associated domestic hot water cylinder following fault diagnosis by an engineer.

​

  • Removing sludge or scale from the heating system or repairing the damage it causes to the heat pump and associated equipment

​

  • Faults caused by someone else you used for repairs, design faults or accidental damage. We will fix these for you but you’ll need to pay for the parts and labour as this will not be covered by the Service Plan

​

  • Any contribution to the cost of repair or replacement beyond the Repair Limit.
